Important: All payments and deposits made to AAA Digital Lab are non-refundable once work has
begun. This is because every project involves dedicated time, custom planning, and real resources committed from
day one. Please review this policy in full before making any payment. If you have questions, contact us first — we

All Payments and Deposits Are Non-Refundable
Every project at AAA Digital Lab begins with a significant investment of time before any visible deliverable is produced. Discovery calls, project planning, technical architecture, tool setup, CRM configuration, and resource allocation all happen in the early stages and represent real work — even when a client cannot see it yet.
For this reason, all payments and deposits made to AAA Digital Lab are non-refundable once a project has been confirmed and work has begun. This applies to all services, including:
- Custom website and web application development
- E-commerce store development
- WordPress website design and development
- Website redesign and revamp projects
- Website SEO and optimization services
- AI chatbot development and training
- Workflow and process automation
- Mobile app development
- API and system integration projects
- Ongoing maintenance and support retainers
Why? Custom digital work — unlike physical products — cannot be returned or resold. Once your
project is underway, the time and resources allocated to it cannot be recovered and reassigned. This policy
protects the quality and commitment we give every client.
